The Barn is 40' x 70' with training area of approximately 32' x 60'.  The Barn has good lighting and 3/4" livestock rubber matts throughout.  There is a wood stove that can provide some warmth on colder days but the barn is not insulated and no running water.  An outdoor Porta Potty is beside the barn.

Offers 1.8 acres of flat mowed field great for drills, young dog training or obedience.  Borders T2 by a road.

Offers 7 acres with one technical training pond in the shape of an E with maximum distance swims of appx 40 meters.  There is a shallow ditch, some terrain changes, 2 mounds.  It borders T2 by a road and T8 by a ditch.  Seasonal road opens early summer.  The field is a hay crop.

Offers 7 acres with 2 ponds, a swim by and a small oval pond.  There are quite a few terrain changes with a higher mound, 2 smaller mounds, berm, lower areas have seasonal flooding that offer running water in the wet season, borders T1 by a road, T4 by a creek, T3 by a road and T2 by a road.  The field is a hay crop.

Offers 10 acres with 3 ponds with diverse contours, points and an island with maximum distance swims of appx 110 meters.  There are multiple terrain changes with mounds and a berm bordering T8, road bordering T2 and creek bordering T5.  The seasonal road may open in late summer after a final cut.  The field is a hay crop.

Offers up to 35 acres with 1/2 being a gentle sloping field and 1/2 offering lots of various cover, rougher cut field, trees and terrain changes.  Seasonal road opens during dry weather.  Borders T2 by a creek and shares the large hay field with T5.  The field is a hay crop and some rough cut field within poplar trees. 

Seasonal access only with good parking.  Available for Retriever / Field Training.

Offers up to 26 acres and a curved pond with maximum distance swim of appx 70 meters.  There are some diverse terrain changes around the pond and 1/2 the area is a gentle sloping hay field.  Seasonal road is the only access and opens mid summer.  Borders T4 by sharing the hay field.  The field is a hay crop and rough cut field by pond.  

Check Notices for openings - Seasonal access with good parking.  For Retriever / Field Training - Offers 5.7 acres, 2 ponds, one technical and one oval pond with maximum distance swims of appx 60 meters.  The field is 100% fenced with a rough cut field with some cover patches and some trees.  No access to other training fields.  Seasonal road through back gate opens mid summer.

Offers 11 acres with 3 ponds, two technical with channels and one swim by.  There are multiple terrain changes with 5 mounds, evergreen trees, ditch and a gentle sloping hay field.  Lower area has seasonal flooding offering running water in the wet season, borders T3 by a ditch.  The field is a hay crop.
