Individuals and Clubs are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the time it's rented.  

Equipment may only be used in designated training areas and must not leave the property.

If you would like to rent equipment while training on the property;

1) Sign the SDF Equipment 2021 Waiver in the binder in the Barn.  (This is separate from your 2021 SDF Liability Waiver that is signed online.)

2) Use the binder in the barn to sign the equipment "out" and "in" that it has been returned in good condition.  

Please wipe down after use and put away equipment where you found it.
